How long does shipping usually take?
We typically process orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 15-day return policy for unused and unopened products. For hygiene reasons, used personal care items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our products are formulated with premium ingredients and are dermatologically tested to be safe and effective for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and your unique AWB number to monitor the delivery status.
